LAND Company delivers end-to-end exterior construction. As a licensed structural landscape and pool builder, our scope is comprehensive. From civil and site excavation, Pool houses to sheds, retaining and conrete all the way to the finest finishing details.

We design + install gardens that are site specific, functional and considered. Gardens established to be enjoyed and lived in.

We manage every element of pool construction in-house. Our clients deal with one team from start to finish.

Our story
Based in Byron Bay, we’re a design-led studio with over two decades of experience in landscape architecture, pool design, and construction. Our approach is grounded in design thinking.
Founded by Laughlan Rabbidge - a trained landscape architect and licensed structural landscaper and pool builder - our team has grown into a considered blend of in-house designers and skilled trades. We collaborate closely with clients, architects, and specialist consultants to deliver high-end landscapes.
From concept to construction, we’re hands-on,ensuring every detail is executed with care, and every project feels connected to its setting.
